Not Much to Say... But I Liked The Classes

I promised one of my friends to come to the campus today, asked the academic manager for approving our study plan. But the manager wasn't in her room while so many students waited for her. My friend then called the manager by phone, and she told that our study plan will be approved though our advisor doesn't approve it yet (she leaves for Makassar in several days so she can't access the internet to check our study plan). Then my friend went home and I stayed there for couple hours onlining (utilizing my free internet access :P). Actually, I planned to go to the library, but I was lazy as usual :P *Winda, kapan skripsi lo mau selesai kalo kerjaan lo kayak gini?*

At 4 pm, I went to CF Puri Indah. I didn't know if the instructor would come or not, since she was absent at CF Bellezza yesterday. After I arrived, I didn't see any announcement sheet. So I changed my clothes then sat at the cafe, killing time. Then, the instructor came and greeted me. She asked me who covered her yesterday. Then, she told me that she will be off for holiday in several days starting from next Thursday.

I did RPM at 5.30 pm. The class was so-so. Many participants but they seemed quiet, only few people shouted. I didn't shout much since I payed attention of her cues and coaching (she's one of the instructors whose technique and coaching are good, in my opinion). She used some songs from the last week's class, but I didn't mind.

After the RPM class finished, I changed clothes and spend time chatting with some of my friends that also came to CF Puri Indah. They joined the dance classes, but I didn't follow them. I just read the magazines. Then, when the RPM instructor finished her workout, she came to me. She brang her iPod and started to memorize the BC chorreys. Someone approached us and talked to her. Then, he talked to me and we made friends.

BC class started at 8.20 pm. The instructor used the tracks from the release 34-35. Ouch! There were one of the participants who used to disturb her class at the past, and he stood near me. The instructor laughed at me and asked me to stay away from that annoying participant :P There were about 30 participants but only my friend shouted during the class hahaha. Then the class was finished with the instructor's speech, "I'm happy because I will go on holiday!" *sweat... :P*

Entirely Exhausted

I did the workout twice, at CF Bellezza at CF Kemang. Since 2 months, on Wednesdays, I do my workout routine every morning. I was quite upset when the timetable was revised. Why didn't they tell me the day before? I could go to CF Kemang instead.

So I only did RPM at 8 a.m. It was quiet, only 9 people. So sorry to the GFM, who covered the class, I didn't use my energy as usual hahaha. He chose more old songs, but I liked it. He also chose the songs from current releases (34 and above). Then, before Body Pump class, I talked to another instructor (the Superman guy) about the GFM's advice he had given yesterday. The Superman guy said that I should take the challenge to take the RPM training. Then, I said that I wanted to go to Kemang, joining BP class at 5 pm. He agreed with me to left the morning's BP class, hahahahaha.

I went back home earlier, spending time with sleeping for about 3 hours. Then, I went to CF Kemang. Before I went, I texted the instructor if she taught there or not, since I heard she will off to Bali for couple days. When I arrived, I chatted with her. She was a bit confused whether her Body Combat class will be exchanged to Power Jump class or not. I said it's OK. She was actually confused because BC is one of the favorite classes at CF Kemang. Then, she told me that she will undergo the Body Jam module training with her colleague *gasp*. Maybe she will get the Release 45, since she'll do the training on August 22-24. But I'm afraid if she get the Release 46, because Australia has launched that release. Before the class commenced, she told me that she did 4 classes, 2 classes at Karawaci (covered for Latin and Body Balance class) and 2 classes at Kemang.

Body Pump class at 5pm was great, though only 4 participants in the class. She used some songs she had used 2 weeks ago :P so I could guess the next track would be, hahahaha. I used my usual weights. My toughest track today was triceps track. She used very old song, there were a lot of triceps extension moves (sigh...). Skipped the lunges track as usual :P

Before the Body Combat class, I tried the assisted dip/chin machine. FYI, I met one of Kemang's PT that transferred from CF Bellezza. We talked for a while. He helped me using the machine, since I've never used it before. Then, he gave me one complimentary PT session, so I made an appoinment with him at 8 pm.

I did Body Combat at 7 pm. She made some chorrey mistakes (sigh...), but still I enjoyed her class today. Some songs she used that I still rememberred:
- Angels/Dancing Up The Storm (BC 25)
- Jigga Jigga (BC 25)
- Hymn (BC 28)
- U+Ur Hand (BC 31)
- So What (BC 27)
- Welcome To The Black Parade (BC 32)

When the track 5 (Hymn), so many people were confused which side they should follow. We were ordered to make a circle and did the moves. First, we did the right side. But 2 people did it wrongly, they started with the left side. The instructor had told all the participants to stand with the right foot on the front (for many times, with 2 languages: Indonesian and English). But they didn't realized. Finally, she stood in front of them, contrary to me. So we acted as if we were on the battle :D

After BC class, I did the PT session. I almost ran out of energy, hahaha. I used the pulldown machine and the torso rotation machine. Then, the PT took me to the PT zone. I was trained with the swiss ball. I did side and lower abs workouts.

Actually, I like doing my weight training at CF Kemang better, because the machines are still new and there are not many members come at the same time. It's different when I do weight training at the other outlets, especially at CF Puri Indah. I don't like doing the weight training there, so if I come to Puri Indah, I rarely do it. I only join the classes.

FAT burner?

I decided to go to CF Bellezza. I wanted to ask Bellezza's GFM about the opportunity for members who wish to join the module training. He said that I should meet Mrs. D, the GFM of CF Karawaci. She also manages all instructors (include organizes the module trainings). I did 2 classes: Fat Burner and Body Balance.

FAT BURNER? Yeah, that low-impact aerobic class. I usually go to RPM class at 5. But this time, I was crazy. I went to aerobic class instead. The instructor (let's call him Superman, since he wears Superman's necklace :P) was shocked when I decided to join his class. I quite liked the class, though I couldn't imitate the chorrey well. Actually, the chorreys were quite simple, but I always did wrong when he asked us to do the chorrey on the left side. In the end, he said that I had done well in his class.

Before I joined Body Balance class, I chatted with him about the RPM training. Then, my friend came. I chatted with him for a while. He talked about his wedding reception this Sunday. Then, another friend came. I talked to him for minutes.

Body Balance class at 7 pm was well, but didn't impress me much. The class number was only 8 people. Skipped the hip opener track (sigh...). While doing the class, I wondered why BB classes at CF Bellezza are quiet, not many members come to the classes. It's different when I went to other CF outlets, like Pondok Indah, Puri Indah, and many more. The participants of BB classes are almost full.

After BB class, I went upstairs. I suddenly met the GFM. He said that I will be better to be a yoga/BB instructor than an RPM instructor, because of my personality (more calm.. hihi). But, If I want more challenges, he said why not to take the RPM training.

Surprise, surprise!

Every Monday, I always do my workout routine at CF Puri Indah. But, this Monday, I decided not to go there. So I went to CF Pondok Indah after doing academic registration at my campus. I did 3 classes: Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Combat.

First, Body Pump at 5 p.m. I did with my usual weights, but I felt my weights on squats track were too... light. Like the songs selection, combination of old and current releases. About the instructor, he explained the techniques very quickly, but it didn't bother me. I liked his voice, sounded like a radio announcer hahaha. Skipped the lunges track as usual :(.

Second, Body Balance at 6 p.m. This time, I was quite disappointed with the instructor. He often did the chorrey too fast or too slow, not synchronized with the beat. I know he's a good instructor, I always like his classes. He's one of the instructors who is so technical while teaching. But, today, he didn't deliver the class well (in my opinion). Skipped the twist track today :(

Before I joined Body Combat class at 8.20 p.m, I went to Basement 2 canteen with 3 of my friends. We thought that the canteen was still open. But, apparently the canteen was almost closed. Only 1 food stall was still opened. The choice were rice + grilled chicken and instant noodle. Since I was lazy, I ordered the instant noodle :P We chatted while eating (or gossiping, maybe? :P).

Ah, almost forgotten. While onlining at campus, I checked the Les Mills Asia Pacific's website. I found out there will be an RPM module training! WHAT? Yeah, training! I called Indah and asked her to join, but she refused it. She said that she will be a committee of the new students' orientation day at her campus when the training days commenced.

Next, Body Combat class at 8.20. Same as the BP's instructor. I liked his song selection, like Field Of Dreams (BC 23), Sexy (BC 24), and so on. Most of the selections were from the old releases.

A New Hope

It has been more than a year ago since the last post. It doesn't mean that I have lost my desire to blog. Many drafts are saved in my harddisk, but never be finished and still become drafts. Don't know what the reasons that make me not completing those drafts. Too many college assignments, perhaps, or it's just an excuse of my tendency to procrastinate (sigh...).

I hope this post will be a milestone of my next posts. I have so many thoughts to share. That's right, because I've collected some topics and write them on my cellphone, but never be realised (once again, sigh...). OK, stop complaining and start writing! Enjoy my posts (soon) :)
